Royal Passover Recipe (no bake) 2.2 lb (1 kg) cottage cheese 7 oz (200 g) butter 1.1 lb (500 g) sugar 10.6 oz (300 g) cream (30% fat) 5-6 egg yolks 3.5 oz (100 g) raisins 3.5 oz (100 g) almonds 3.5 oz (100 g) candied orange fruits 1 pinch of cardamom ½ teaspoon of vanilla sugar 1 passer 1.Grind the butter and sugar until white, adding the yolks one at a time. Grind the mass until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add vanilla sugar. Whip heavy cream until stiff foam (it is best to place the container of cream on ice or in very cold water). 2. Rub the curd through a sieve and combine everything. 3. Add chopped almonds, raisins and candied fruits (if they are large, cut in half). 4.
